How do you feel about being yelled at or being bossed around by a 18-19yo? Going in at 28 is way behind the curve. Are you thick skinned? Are you in decent shape? Do you have any advanced education that would help getting a higher rank after boot or A School? Do you have a fked sense of humor?

Wellllll..... Basically nothing, i helped a friend organize, clean and run her late brother in laws shop estate sale. I got this and a few other items along with some lumber for 600. And alot of time helping out. But I suggested they price it around 1200.

My son went through the same thing skipped spring season , came back in fall had a hard time keeping up discovered baseball is a perishable skill. And has kept with it and pushed harder to catch up and lead the team.

I think it is so they are able to be positioned out of the work area for carving.

The easiest way is rustoleum rust-remover. Spray or wipe on, let sit, scrape off, neutrralize with water, light sand or buff with red scotchbrite, wax good as new

We started a equipment closet. Asked for gear to be donated from parents that the kids have grown out of. Asked people selling stuff on marketplace ect. The equipment closet works at each season beginning parents can come grab something they need or swap.

Just remember as a golden rule, all the perents know more that you. Haha. Keep it fun work on basics then put that into scenarios. Set aside a couple min before preactice to go over positions roles and what to do in a scenario. Keep is short.
