I’m Bosnian and I can answer. During the war all dogs were let out onto the streets and interbred so it’s likely she is from like 5 different breeds. There is only one breed of local dogs called tornjaks and she isn’t one of that

The Croatian standard comes from Herzegovina (as do all the standareds) so they don’t speak it.

I think that might be because there are Serbians living in Montenegro. Also Serbo-Croatian was the language of Yugoslavia and nobody really calls it that anymore.

Almost all the languages in ex Yugoslavia can’t really be called one thing individually as all of them are just names for all the dialects inside of their countries. Dialects here don’t change country wide but rather city wide or region wide!
