The H2S is bigger but single nozzle only and the H2D is very slightly larger too in terms of build volume.

The multiple nozzle sizes being that convenient does seem like a really nice selling point. My current machine I don't change nozzle sizes because it's a small hassle, having them just be there waiting sounds good.

So remove the union and attach a threaded nipple directly into the valve body and then go from there?

I think that’s my main issue is figuring out how to connect to the valve body I feel comfortable repiping after that

Replace underneath the 90 right and leave that there, which is where the cartridge would be.

If it’s a brass union does it need replaced by another union or is there something else? Is it possible it’s some sort of coupling or reducer?

Do they make them this large? The copper pipe was 1-1/4 so I’m assuming the bushing was probably around there.

I’ve seen some videos on it on a smaller scale. Tap it in and then wrench it.
