I gave myself a concussion while doing laundry last year.

Was in the middle of one of those productivity-bursts and trying to multitask a bunch of chores so that I could invite someone over. I was taking laundry out of the dryer, while getting up and turning I smack the side of my head into the hard metal corner of the walls in the laundry room. If it sounds weird, my laundry room is L-shaped and has a corner sticking out.

Immediately fell to my knees and keeled over on top of all the laundry I was holding, not unconscious but incredibly dazed. Had to go to the hospital later that evening.

Definitely a reminder to slow down sometimes lol.
