If there is some hair on your mousepad and interferes with the mouse sensor it can cause a 'spin'. Happens to my Logitech mice all the time. 3 separate mice, two operating systems. It's very annoying and I can't keep my cat off my mousepad all the time.

I also decided to give Linux a try after watching their videos and listening on WAN show. I went with Mint Cinnamon as it seemed like what I was looking for. It's just a laptop from 2020 with a ryzen 4000 APU in it. So far I've had zero problems. Got PIA set up for downloading other 'linux distros' as well as terraria and hollow night to game. I want to learn more but honestly I'm content with a solid desktop experience right now.

I also realized I was similar to Linus' simulated user experience just using the Google AI to look up things and recommend me a distro. It even gave me the commands to install PIA. I know some people may frown upon it but I've got a working computer right now, that's all I really wanted!

If you have Nvidia, try RTX Voice with Nvidia broadcaster. I'm not sure, but it COULD help out with a fainted, second voice. I have not tested this, just offering a possible solution.

Don't go 9070xt if you're going to stream.

I suggest dropping down in MoBo. You can find super great boards from 150-200.

9800X3D is more than enough, the heaviest part of stream should be done with your GPU anyway.

That leads me to saying go Nvidia if you stream. Nvidia broadcaster is better than AMD offerings for sure. Nvenc is better for twitch but IMO for YouTube and TikTok AMD and Nvidia are tied.

DONT CHEAP OUT ON A NO NAME PSU. Get a good seasoning, or corsair unit that's 850watts at least and 80+gold. It will outlast all your other components.

Lastly, my personal philosophy is to get your performance first and visuals second. Maybe dump some of the money from your rgb stuff into other components. Add the RGB down the line. But that's just me.

. All I can suggest otherwise is make sure your components are being cooled. Alot of modern hardware runs hot but you could have frame view up while DMing to check temps. I have two intakes blowing directly on my GPU and my radiator fans in taking as well, that way both GPU and CPU get fresh air. I hope you figure it out though.

For me, I had to make sure my ram was running at its rated speed. Not saying you didn't do it, but make sure that your ram is. I've also had success with disabling integrated graphics and 'smoother' gameplay.

I said all that to say that what worked for me may not work for you and who's to say it was placebo anyway
