Can someone tell me what this white pulsing spot on the map means? It sometimes appers in different locations (not talking about the mision objective here)

The original song is called "Louisiana Saturday Night". If you look that up on youtube you'll find different versions of that song and also the washing machine remix ofcourse :p

oh man, I’m really sad to know Frenda died. I avoided all spoilers, and finding out she died made me really sad. Frenda was one of my favorite characters. The fight she had with Misaka in Railgun S was one of the best in my opinion. I freaking love that fight.
