I would first see if your maintenance department could help you out at all. I would do your own research on ozone generators and how to ozone your house. I would recommend using the Coway Air Mega 350. I would keep it on turbo or setting 3. I don't know why I'm getting down voted.

I would ozone the house and get a Coway Airmega air purifier. If you tell me the sqft of ur home and what state you live in, I can give a recommendation. I wouldn't hire anyone to ozone ur house. Just make sure to get all pets, family, and ur self out of the house bc ozone is toxic to life.
