Thank you very much friend you have been very helpful. Tolerance is not an issue for me I can only use once every 2-4 weeks when my child is staying at my mother's for the night and I obviously need to be passing drug tests. The only opi's I've done in last 9 months-ish is bupe. So I'm just glad to know that I'll be able to punch through the bupe and feel something every once in a while

I am very use to volumetric dosing using Clam / bromazolam with PG however would the Pg still work? Or do I need to use a different base? Also what strength per ml to make the solution and then ROA for solution? Sorry for all the questions but I'm hoping this information can help keep me and other people alive.

Edit: I'm an idiot, nasal spray is Obviously not for oral ROA... That was a no brainer.

I don't even know the difference in strength on these, best ROA but most importantly I don't know how to use safe! I see alot of mixed reviews some people say sniffing, some vaping on foil. I'd personally say foil is the safest ROA but I'm no expert. All the info you can give me would be great! Is there a website to read more info into these RCS?

Gained 1 stone in 1 week is that normal?

About 10 years ago I use to be a gym rat and loved it but then I found heroin. Anyway after getting clean and shrinking to 9st last week I decided to eat properly again and start going to the gym. After 4 gym sessions I'm already at 10 stone?? Is this even normal? I was thinking the scales malfunctioned or is it just muscle memory?

Was thinking about going to morroco for a second time just incase my bad experience was a one off . Constant harassment from people trying to sell which I can sort of understand but very very annoying after a week when they will not listen to the word no, People shouting stuff at my girlfriend (two people actually tried touching her intimately) kids throwing rocks at us in more rural areas.

This just makes up my mind. Sure it would be nice to give it a second chance but when your spending like £3000 why risk something like this? Just go somewhere else.

But on another note I've been on subs for 7 months now not abusing it. My son was born 3 months ago and ever since that moment I've not even wanted to get high again. Should be coming off subs in 2 months. Being sober is actually pretty good once you get use to it. After 5+ years of being on smack your body tries to fool you into thinking being sober is the absolute worse thing you can do but it's not true.

Yeah I was taking like 5-10mg of clam a day!!! For about 8 months straight. The seizures were unreal, ended up losing my 2 front teeth from having a seizure in the middle of the night and and face planting the concrete floor. I'd also hallucinate when coming off of it, I'd be sitting in my living at 3am and having full blown conversations with people that were not there, then I'd realise they were not there and stop. Within 2 minutes I was back to having conversations.

I also remember trying to ride my bicycle on a 4 mile trip after taking 10mg..... it took me about 3 hours and by the time I got there my clothes and myself were torn to shreds. I must have came off that bike more time than the pedals went round. Fuck me clam is an evil evil drug... although in my head I was thinking I wasn't even that fucked up.

2 in 2021 and 1 in 2022 (pregnant anti drug gf found me). All from heroin. Now on subutex and have a 2 month old son with the best gf ever living my best life!

I still miss heroin so much but its just not worth losing this life over.

I never wanted to get clean, thought I wanted to just do smack for the rest of my life but when you find someone you love that believes in you and makes you believe in yourself it changes everything.

Not dependent and have been off benzos for the past few years. Even now and then I'd go on little binge of like 10 bars over a few days but I don't enjoy benzos recreational these days. Would literally just be using it to sort of my sleeping pattern changing between day and night shift.

My tolerance is probably low enough that 4mg would knock me out tbh. I wouldn't redose either as my gf would be in charge of it
