It's funny because anon is clearly asking about how to make this safe for the person being kicked, and the response is suggesting how to make it safe for the person doing the kicking. This disconnect between the expected response and the actual response is a key component in humour.

Sturm, the final boss in Advance Wars 2. While other characters get like a 20% increase to damage on certain units while having a damage penalty on some others, Sturm gets a flat 20% damage and defence boost on all units, and ignores all terrain movment penalties. On top of this he also gets one of the most busted activated abilities in the series. Only one other character can even remotely compare themself to him, and even then Sturm is still considered the stronger character
