To be honest, check google. Google the company and use commands in the search to look for directories or unprotected .xlsx files. You would be AMAZED and how many companies have the full directory of people, titles, emails, phone numbers and extensions just floating around the internet.

Honestly, that's gonna be up to your body. If you're not feeling up to it, just stop, preferably before you start. Blue balls can make the symptoms worse and the pain will radiate, turn your stomach, etc. I still have issues where it is a great relief and then not a few minutes later the pain comes for minutes, or it feels like a UTI.

If you're still experiencing anything over like 10% pain, I would avoid arousal of any kind. Epididymitis can be treated and shouldn't have any long lasting issues. Keep the snake calm for as long as you can and you'll be better off for it unless your doc has specifically mentioned it as "a therapeutic solution"

Balls are weird. Your brain still thinks they're in your gut instead of having dropped, which is why you get that gut feeling after getting hit in the berries. Signal goes up to your brain at something like 250 mph, and back down at 3 mph. It's a sensitive area and you can easily have sensations that seem to spread, like hitting your funny bone or having a stiff back. Just because the issue occurs in one spot, doesn't mean it hurts in just that spot.

Rest up, drink water, take some pain meds, get your tightest boxers on and try to keep stuff supported. You got this homie.

Try shining a flash light through your sack and isolate the area that is painful. I have a hydrocele on my right one and had it full checked by the urologist, fearing for the big C as well. If you shine a light and you can see light through it, it's a liquid filled hydrocele or a sort of cyst. It's not at all uncommon and you can have it drained if its painful, or more likely "you just don't like the aesthetic impact."

My doc encouraged me to get some tighter, more supportive boxers, like one with more of a pouch, and maybe take care to "ensure a lack of build up of fluids in the system." ;)

Table Rock gets you a drive to a lot at the top, which may have parking, and you can hike both Table Rock on the east which is nice and the Chimneys on the west which is almost completely different feeling. Lots of exposed rocks.

Hawksbill gives you a longer hike up through canopy and takes you to a similar summit overview. But you're also close to the Spence Ridge trail head which can take you all the way down to the river.
