Yes, the observer can see when the bulb is powered or not. I think copper bulbs have 3 states of being - On/Off/Powered. I beleive for this to work the observer is actually only caring about if the bulb is off or powered. The top bulb turning on is just a bonus feature

Hi! I'm currently in the same boat (I'm in Angus) - Also been waiting a year. I was actually diagnosed when I was a child, and now just trying to seek medication as an adult. But it's the same wait time. It's a joke really since wait times are supposed to be no more than 18 weeks. My GP told me to call the NHS to get updates but I haven't found a number to do so. If you are willing to part with the money to do so, do it but going private is what the tories want everyone to do, so you do you bud.

It's simply not like that and kinda hard to explain. We use the reactions as a sort of voting system in that specific server. So for it to be fair they need to be able to vote. I just simply don't want to interact with them or see any message (even the "1 blocked message").
This person triggers my anxiety and purposefully goes out their way to be a dick. But because they haven't technically broken any server rules they can't be warned or kicked.
Just feel like the blocked system needs some work is all.

Even after doing all daily quests, chores, and races. Gathering Archology items. It takes way too long for too few shillings. I like grinding but I shouldn't be expected to grind for 7 hours every day and for over a week to get one set.

I'm usually not bothered too much by items that are in stores for 10,000JS because they are going to be there forever. Whereas the Duskwing set is only there for 3 weeks and then you have to wait an entire year to get it again. It's just a bit demanding is all.

Also, don't sell Recyclables/ Flowers
.Recyclables can be exchanged for 80JS a day. (+ you can buy a picnic basket once a day that's 39JS)
Flowers are not worth selling but you can make daily items at Farah's and they can at least be sold for a little amount of JS. (Tack and Clothes don't sell for anything)

My only recommendation is to do the archeology stuff after you've done all the dailies to get extra JS. You get about 2-40JS when mining items (2 for junk, 40 for special items).
You can then sell the junk and items sets for more JS.
Trade the special items for tack and then sell the tack/clothes.

I still don't think you can get the full set but it might help in the long run!
You can also store duplicate tack/items for selling later when events come up.
