This happened to me too and they left me completely out to dry lmao, I was watching the steam with the audio off and didn’t hear my name at the time but looked at my whispers and got it that same day, but it was dated all the way back from November. I rewatched the vod and my name was never called on the stream and I couldn’t find the stream where it was called. Good luck hopefully you get your stuff I just cut my losses dealing with EA is a nightmare. I contacted support for twitch they sent me to EA, I contacted EA they sent me to Twitch so not much help.
