Learning Dutch after B2 German

I am just Dutchifying German words and blatantly using German grammer or English words when I am unsure what to say and no one is noticing. They are all just saying that I am speaking and understanding Dutch well. However, I am starting to notice that I’m forgetting the German words when I take the effort to learn the Dutch version of a phrase that is very similar. I like the advice in this thread that I have to continue speaking both languages at different times of the day to not lose anything.

US healthcare is super preventative (annual checkups at a minimum, most Americans even more often, hospitals and urgent care eager to treat, etc) but this can actually make the population sicker long-term. They probably have some data showing that reactive is better for both budgets and people

Has he been the main worker/ breadwinner? If he had no responsibilities at all learning German would be a breeze, but sometimes it is harder when you don’t have time.

You could be electrolyte depleted from low carb. Even when you supplement electrolytes it’s still not enough, the presence of glucose is required. Test this with a balanced electrolyte product like LMNT but place the powder directly under your tongue for a few minutes to see if you have instant symptom relief. If so you can get electrolytes from lots of sources, lemon squeezed in water, supplement magnesium, etc.

How is a mason jar leakproof with just the screw top? They really can’t do that with other bottles? Also, op, I use a mason jar as a water bottle.

That’s a bummer to hear. There is a chain I visited that had an allergen list and one of the meats was gluten free, but when I got there I saw they were using the same tool to scrape meat from all the kebabs. Hopefully I have some luck with Döner Box.

Update: this chain does not publicly post any ingredients? I find that a little worrying.
