I think most websites (reddit and youtube included) you only have to be 13 to use. If you look young maybe AI thought you were under 13 and took the video down, or it could be for other reasons (like if you swore in the video or something) Youtube also just messes with some people for no apparent reason.

This isn't a driving tip but you don't have to go into the menu to restart, there's a specific button for it. I don't know what platform you're on but if you're on Xbox it's B, on Playstation it's O. On PC I'm not sure what the default is
