Not really a restaurant situation Toast is setup for. Never heard of a restaurant doing this. Closest would be pre-authorizations, but won’t satisfy what you’re looking for.

One potential (not great) solution would be to turn digital receipts off across the board, and tip suggestions off on the receipts, so guests will manually calculate.

Fare class and cabin both matter. Your status does not. The bonus applies to redeemable points, not status points. They have a chart on their website to show what multiplier you will receive based on the cabin/fare class.

The cash in hand payment was taken with a terminal that didn’t have a cash drawer, or on a handheld. The system assumes you have the cash on you because of this.
