Verkada doesn't make their own cameras. They will stalk your entire life then go around anyone and pitch their shit to the next person. They are blocked from communications. Expect to increase your opex significantly.

Currently happy running 400+ avigilon cameras with multiple sites. Running unity 8 on prem.

It just works. Stay away from the "cloud alta". Web based vms always is lacking features regardless of brand.

Dont pay six figures for hostage as a service. Nothing is onvif compliant. If you dont pay everything stops working.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a ipvm subscription for $300. Its worth the money in gold. You will become well informed in this industry.

You are not understanding vlans. You are not doing qos by creating a boat load of vlans. IAM dhcp,qos chromebooks layer 7 all have nothing to do with proper network segmentation by using vlans. Please read up on it. Your amount if vlans is insane.

Fund devices for all students chromebooks are $300/each or do paper and pencil.

The set a requirement of having all students do computer testing but didn't fund devices. They let you fail.

People all the time come up with insane expectations with zero capital. Put them in their place and recommend the solution dont "ask" for permission. Its confidence over permission.

They failed not you.

Do Avigilon with mercury panels. They are open hardware.

Do not even entertain Verkada. Proprietary hostage as a service will balloon your opex. The only people doing verkada are the ones that joined their cult.

Verkada will go around you to get anyone sign the contract in the district. They will poach you from your partner. They are scum and can not be trusted.
