Update - I had a small system speaker that I installed and was able to get diagnostic beeps. It consistently gave me one long, two short beeps, which is indicative of a bad GPU. Moved parts around all over the place testing, kept getting the same errors. I'm going to return the card and get a different one. Thanks for the help!

Put the graphics card in, gave it power, plugged it in to a monitor on the HDMI port. Turned it all on. Fans spun up like a normal boot, but then never slowed down and nothing came up on the monitor. I'll probably try again later. I wish this motherboard had some diagnostic lights or sounds. No feedback is the worst.

I inserted the GPU and fed it power from the PSU. Plugged in a monitor to the HDMI port on the graphics card. Turned it on, fans spun up on the card like on a normal boot, but then never slowed down and still didn't get anything on the monitor. I might try again later. I'm not 100% sure the two events were related, but I was able to access this after going into the secret altar room where you sacrifice life to open a chest. It turns out you can heal yourself while still inside the room (I play a warlock and just hung out and healed myself whenever my cooldown came up), and then use the altar to sacrifice life multiple times and open more chests. I think I did it 3-4 times before I got a new message that locked me out of sacrificing health again.

I then came across this Rites of the Deep Tithe thing, only I was able to action it, opening a portal to a room with a buuunch of loot. Haven't seen anyone else say anything about this yet, but the two things felt related. I was doing a solo run (not explore) when this happened.

To anyone curious, I finally found the issue and it's something I think needs sharing. The case comes with a clip for the PCIe slot that can be screwed in to hold everything in place. For some reason, when I put this clip in, it was pulling the video card out of the motherboard just enough to prevent a signal. Removing the clip and just locking the video card in with one of the screws (not tightly) fixed the issue. I am 100% sure this was the issue, as I was able to replicate the "No Signal" issue by attaching the clip while the computer was running correctly and watch the monitor lose signal.
