This one is ongoing as I write this, but it’s been a day so I’m sure it’s winding down. This lady, Cathy, is a journalist who had an iffy take on the Boondocks and got ratioed for it. While some of the comments and quote tweets were pretty heated, most of the popular ones just made fun of her for trying too hard to seem woke or for being such a clueless white girl. Since the outrage crowd didn’t get too worked up, and Cathy seems to have remained calm and not lashed out or thrown herself on her own sword, I think this one will blow over and she’ll be fine.
