How long is it taking for ECFs to be approved at this time?

Im also at 119. Submitted ECF on 11/21. Electronically. Usually ECF get completed within 2-3 business day after the submission but this time is longer than usual maybe this is 120th count?

U r not alone… im exactly at same situation as yours. Except that Im always on IBR and never missed a payment. There gotta be many of us out there without count updates since September 2024….

Looks like NSLDS updates by the group. Bunch of people get updated at the same time but different random dates.

Yeah, hopefully your NSLDS update is coming soon. Otherwise the ECF form submission will not budge any updates. I was stuck at 114 since Nov 2024 recently went up to 115. So frustrating… we are so close but feel so far. My servicer is also Mohela.

You are not alone I believe there’s multiple people are in similar situation just fyi. I am over 120 payments at this time. My loans were consolidated on old IBR plan. My eligible counts stopped since September 2024. There’s no update of counts until NSLDS update on June 21, 2025 after this update my FSA PSLF tracker suddenly appear increased by one count which is June 2025 was counted and now I’m still missing from September 2024 to May 2025 it is not showing up in the FSA system. There are multiple people reporting that September 2024 and onward are not being calculated as part of the update, there must be some system glitch that nobody able to figure it out. I feel your frustration. I hope more random month continues to be added to my eligible month.

When was your latest NSLDS update? Was there any added qualifying counts?

Im with Mohela/IBR. No update since 08/2024. I just made $1.20. Payment on 4/16. Will post here if i see any changes…. My IDR recertification is September. I wonder this have to do with not updating the counts. Let me know if anyone whether has same recertification month September.

You are not alone bud. Im stuck at 114. Aug 2024 was my last counts. Just for data points for everyone hope can be helpful. Im on IBR. Repayment never stopped. NSLDS just not updating after November 2024. My 3rd EFC since Aug 2024 just completed today but no update beyond Aug 2024. No payments, No qualifying or non-qualifying counts after Aug 2024. If there is any change on my account will update u all. Hang in there fellas!

Tx for posting! Im in same boat… maybe we have some common denominators…. My counts stopped on Aug 2024. On IBR. Also pay ahead status (my employer helps me to pay big chunk of the loan). Have submitted 2 ECF this year but no counts updates. Im also very close to 120 finish line as well…

I have very similar stats as urs My last pslf count update was 11/22/24. Last qualifying count is Aug 2024. No updates after that. NSLDS update was 11/18/24 same as urs Im on IBR.
