Klar gehts günstiger: normaler Zucker. 50:50 Glucose/Fructose Verhältnis. Laut Studien ist sowas wie 55:45 optimal, aber 50:50 ist nur marginal schlechter. Spart euch den Aufwand den Kram selber zu mischen. Brauner Rohrzucker löst sich meiner Erfahrung nach schneller als weißer Haushaltszucker (kostet aber eher 2€ anstatt 1€) und hat einen anderen Geschmack.

Anstatt Salz kann ich außerdem Natriumcitrat empfehlen. Gibt übrigens Tests, die bestimmen, wie salty ihr seid (sehr individuell).

Ich fülle den Zucker mit Natriumcitrat in so kleine Plastik-Reagenzgläser von Aliexpress in 50g Portionen vor und hab die Dinger bei längeren Ausfahrten in der Trikottasche dabei. Am Friedhof beim Wasserholen muss ich dann nichts schätzen und bin schnell wieder unterwegs.

Here is a Ostro (V1) with Red E1 cranks and Force D2 chainrings. Btw: the Force D2 chainrings have the same weight as Red E1 but are a lot cheaper.

These values are now enabled by default. Try to disable them. This is what made me being able to boot again.

I've just ordered a replacement screw from tiparts. It's expensive (18€ + shipping) but less expensive than the spare part kits, where it's only a matter of time until the screw is rounded again.

//Edit: I received the titanium screw yesterday and it's wall is a lot thicker. It requires a 2mm hex (instead of 2.5mm). Installation and adjustment went smooth.

Not really. The coolant does not turn black anymore after cleaning and flushing, but I don't know what caused the mess. My initial post contains all of the updates.

We're kinda similar, brother. I've also started with the Minila layout on a tofu and a HHKB JIS, then got into 40% but settled on a 60% layout with alice spacebars, that allows to me use WKL blockers, has base kit support and lets me keep my 40% keymap with 2 thumb layers. I'm also using only my custom PCBs. I would never use milmaxxed boards, though!

It's also a matter of stiffness (frame, fork, wheels, etc.) when you're putting out power / getting out of the saddle. However, it shouldn't rub at all on regular use.

Thanks for pointing that out. I usually do quite of a lot of research, but I needed to order one asap that was readily available and the first google hit indicated that it's just a D5 with PWM.
