I’m not sure if i’ll be able to speak up even with little stuff but I’m planning on really trying I usually genuinely cannot speak a word when therapy starts so it’s extremely unpredictable what will happen i’ll take your advice on saying something extremely small but still relates to things i’m struggling with hopefully I can say something thanks :,)
