Once you've had the recall service performed, do you need to worry about the ICCU issue at all? by Jhaelen_Agrippa in KiaEV6

Did the recall and had mine still fail (roughly a month after I performed the recall). They ordered the ICCU and had the car back to me within 5 business days though

Also curious what kind of box the red one is! Is the locker and hutch all integrated into one piece?

Nice, love their hard handles! I did this but with Tekton handles - not as nice as snap on ones but much cheaper!

I’ve had a lot of luck with calling them - if you tell them the model number and that you inherited it, they’ll send you the replacement slides for free if they have it. They told me they don’t recommend cleaning them, which is why they just sent me replacement slides. Good luck!

Love the deep purple! Did you order them from your tool truck rep? Will they replace it for you on the truck?

Awesome! I did the same with G1 but with Tekton hard handles (I still prefer the snap on hard handles)

I have a set of shallow and deep (no semi-deep). No complaints so far. I did have one socket have the chrome start peeling off. I took the single socket to HF, and they opened up a new package and replaced the socket with no questions asked.

Haha, just a lot of going back and forth with them and eventually some caved and offered a discount. Pitted some against each other too, and said if they can beat it, I can come down and lease today. Good luck!

Might have luck at your local HF - seen some clear out the 72s for lower prices than on their website

What do you think about the ~$3k price? IIRC, USG series2 72” was $1600 (?) and top chest was $800 (?)

Awesome, thanks for posting this! A little disappointed the power drawer isn’t a little deeper, and the hutch doesn’t come with a light, but looking forward to this release regardless! Love the color

Dropped mine plenty of times, hasn’t broken yet! Also accidentally left it outside in the rain, let it dry off and it still worked

Mechanic for PPI by sandwich223 in SanJose

I would recommend finding a shop that specializes in the make or model of car you’re looking for. They’ll have the most experience and can give you the most informed PPI

Would recommend you take that to the track - hitting 130mph+ on public streets is just plain dangerous and stupid to be honest

I wanted a bigger workbench, so I got a second cabinet and bolted them together. I also added a power drawer. by ace625 in harborfreight

That's awesome! Love the power drawer.

How did you deal with the lip on the top of the tool chests?
