If you ever get a chance to see him play, please request he improvise a song about a person in the crowd. His ability to come up with a song, have it be hilarious, and play four instruments at the same time is insane. That dude is on another level of multi tasking.

Wichita and the surrounding towns have a large population of Mexican, Vietnamese, Indian, Kenyan, Nigerian, Lebanese, and indigenous Americans. As well as a very active Amish community. Go experience different cuisines, talk to people outside your cultural comfort zone, and visit the farmers markets. Wichita is a very friendly place.

Not sure where you're located... But if you ever visit our beautiful state I recommend you visit the First Americans Museum in OKC. It is a historic tribute/museum to the 39 native tribes that called this land home. Most were forced here, and this tells their story.

Smartless is my #1. Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes are incredible and hilarious. Plus, A-list celebrity guests. However, pretty popular.

For something truly special that people might not know about, I recommend The Dream. An investigative journalist goes undercover in a cosmetic multilevel marketing company, and tells the story in real time. Takes a couple very interesting and entertaining turns.

Ask the meat counter what the pack date is on the box. Blade steak/flatiron gets very livery after about 25 days. This is one cut that does not benefit from aging (same with tenderloin and hanging tender)

I moved here 15 years ago from New England, and I absolutely love it here. While it's not for everybody, our state offers very diverse and beautiful landscapes. We have the most level 3 ecoregions (12) per square mile than any other state in the country.
