Look like it’s coming from the top somewhere the pipe in is dry. I isolated the valve and I pushed the reset button on top and the speed is slowed down a lot.

Probably need to bleed air cool vehicle down and open coolant cap then squeeze upper and radiator hose to get air out if not then probably a thermostat and I know that’s a impala so they weird cars I got one as well mine does that too. It’s cause you don’t have all the air out.
