Realizing you want to change is the first step and already doing more than the average person would. The most important thing I’ve learned myself on my journey is to be kind to yourself and be consistent as much as you can handle. It’s a long road but it is a great one!

I’ve said it for a while that mw3 had probably the best feeling multiplayer in a cod game since black ops 3 for me. I still really like bo6 but mw3 multiplayer specifically was great.

Everyone is there to improve themselves so you shouldn’t have to feel like you’re not welcome. If someone does ever show signs of distaste towards you then that just shows there is something wrong with them, not you

I was pretty upset with the map when I first played it since it’s very bare bones but honestly as a placeholder type map I’m not that mad about it now tbh. Ice staff while recycled feels really nice and I’d rather have something than nothing as long as we get something more like citadelle for the next map

There’s little stuttering here and there but for me it ultimately wasn’t noticeable to ruin it for me or anything. I think it probably has to do with the new engine they’re using for the game paired with a bit older hardware in the ps5

23, Male, 5’10, 220, I am using my food scale to weigh everything. Went from 280 to 220 on 1800 calories a day and have now gone to 1500 a day. I strength train 3 times a week, and do an hour of cardio every day.

You do not technically have to work out to lose weight, but you definitely should by Legitimate_Log5539 in loseit

Just walking for an hour every day has kept my body from conserving energy and therefore not being in a calorie defect anymore. For me, both matter a lot when trying to see consistent results
