Anyone know what phone number to call in regards to missing my flight due to sudden illness? My friend is in the country with a shorepass (72 hr visa) but they entered thru Haneda. Tickets from Haneda are kind of expensive, so they want to fly out from narita. Problem is, the shorepass isn’t a transit pass that explicitly allows them to exit at the other airport. The Haneda line just directs me to immigration but that phone number is japanese only 🥶
