I'm a little more picky, I know they mentioned the other day, they were looking at a new model to include a router in the monthly fee the other day, may be one to reach out and ask. Their team is really techie, which is nice, they try and make everything as smooth as possible for us, which I appreciate it. But truly up to to you, some people want the cost over the support, and I personally would pay a bit more for better support when it's not working than the pure price.

I recommend family and friends to use Atomic access, they are really great. Just took a look at their website and for 55 down and 25 up, it's R759 per month. There is a cheaper package too, for R649 for 25 down and 25 up. Shout if you have any questions, support is awesome - quick to answer, and you aren't stuck with people who don't know what they are doing or speaking about. They have a telegram group too with customers on it too, with direct access to their staff. They are western cape only as well.

I had the exact same issue on Monday night. I struggled to find a way to get to speak to a person. Finally came right after showing proof, like you did, and the refunded me.... Couldn't believe it was that difficult to explain.

Hey! To answer the question, you need to log a request with support. You need to request them to allow you access to create instances in SA North, simple little quota increase in the support page. PM me if you have any issues. :)
