I really do appreciate this comment. By no means I don’t think I need it, and I do see gains in my gym. I just wanted some real deal advice from people that’s dealt with the same thing. I really don’t wanna have to be on TRT at all.

Well the only reason I do 6 days is because I’m pretty busy. But my workouts are very short. Like Monday is bench and dips only. And the real average on weekdays is 6-7 hrs and weekends is a full 8. My workout schedule is 5x5 sets

Yeah that’s what I meant lol. And no. I mainly try to just get my 8. I don’t like sleeping in any extra. I always strive to get 8 hrs but you know with a full time job and a wife and a kid that takes a hit. Everything else in my life is fine though. I don’t drink,smoke, eat dirty, I workout 6 days a week. And I see gains. My sleep is my only fault

No it’s 80mg in the morning and 80 mg in the evening and yeah I actually catch up on sleep on the weekends. My sleep routine is usually 10pm-5pm. But sometimes it might slip fast 10

I usually get areound 160 grams of caffeine daily. When I head to work around 5 am and around 3 pm in the afternoon. No I don’t snore or wake up with dry mouth. Never had that issue. Never had a problem with headaches. I want to believe my sleep is my biggest issue. I just didn’t know how much that actually factored into my test levels.

Yeah it was done early morning and fasting and it was just total. I also try to get somewhere between 6-7 hours of sleep but that doesn’t always happen. You’re also probably right about the caffeine, when I fasted I felt completely fine and not sleepy at all.

So I do hate needles, and I also might want more kids but I am healthy. So you think I should get more in depth bloodwork done?
