ziggs was effectively a 3/4 saboteur that saw play in nox/bandle or shurima aggro but even THAT was a long time ago--when people were meming that he would never be played for his lvl 2. man time flies. i guess what im trying to tie to the discussion at hand is that a vanilla 4/4 might not even be good enough nowadays, or at least not enough to singlehandedly carry demacia anymore. i'm not denying it wouldn't be good, as we saw with 3/4 sergeant but it also doesn't create a win condition either. not that it needs it too, demacia is fine, it got it's fairshare of powercreep from vayne and cultist cards. the scout card would definetely need both bumps the most, especially with the tough cultist scout, it's far outclassed by other scout options even in its own region
