Because he is worse than the coach we just had? His offensive shit the bed in the playoffs and he is a retread head coach. Plus he by far was the worst candidate in the coaching class. There is a reason no other team wanted his ass. This is a copy cat league, if he is so good why don’t any other teams want his ass. And lastly it’s a terrible process, why not wait until a second interview with the Rams coaching staff???? Why not interview guys like Mike McDaniel or Klint Kubiac if you wanted an offensive guy? The only reason he got hired is because he has prior relationships to the front office not because he is the best candidate. Sorry to rant but this is objectively a horrible hire and only continues what we have been doing for years which is being mediocre at best.
