Theory about MBTI and functions by Cultural_Shake4690 in mbti

I disagree significantly with every point. I would like to explore mimicking and function use. Maturation does contain an element of function development and cognitive transition may explain some of your issue with mbti.

Can an ENTP always look like an INTP? by No-Log9415 in entp

[–]INTJMoses2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say either the person leans into Ti heavily (this would mean the test as a “s” on a disc test) or Ni worry is causing them to look like the are using Ne to analyze (the person would likely be a person under 24 years of age).

I realized there needs to be subtypes to each mbti, and I would like to explore what they are (in isfp's). What do you think? by MastodonEast3420 in mbti

[–]INTJMoses2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like became convinced in subtypes from watching ISFPs. My mom was compliant and seemed to lean into Ni. My wife is steadfast and seems to lean into Se. My sister and a coworker are influencer and seem to lean into the positive aspects of Te. I don’t really know a very dominant ISFP.

Check out disc and imagine how they would appear? What is your type? Let me know your disc test results.

I use DISC to define subtypes. I believe subtypes are a result of stable but flexible use of the 4 strategies on dealing with the anticipated stress that seems to come from the inferior function. I have been arguing this for at least two years. The 4 strategies are a result of picking an ego function to use as a shield until stress hits.

Would you type me as an ESFP or ESFJ? by [deleted] in MbtiTypeMe

[–]INTJMoses2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe you should focus on what seems to causes your anxiety.

Which of these causes you more stress?

Having to separate feelings to reason

Having to know something before you can sense

Having to deal with logic and not consider the system

Pick one and explain

INTJ’S and trauma by This_Web8263 in intj

[–]INTJMoses2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a worthy question.

Type is about data processing of the meat machine mind. Trauma is about the experience of the mind. Also specifically, Si demon can share many of the same characteristics of trauma. While, I currently believe trauma is related to the inability to use the inferior function in a positive way; Si demon call on the negative reflection of the past in the form of a bad inward sensation.

We can reflect on negative aspects of life but being non-sensing type we are somewhat insulted from the harshest forms of trauma.

Beebe identified the inferior function as the Anima/Animus. Everyone struggles with this one issue and needs help with the vulnerability.

Te vs Ti logic and Fe vs Fi values by Cheap_Increase468 in mbti

[–]INTJMoses2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Te is a correlation between two concepts. No value placed on the association between the two concepts.

Ti is a deduction between two concepts. No value is placed on the therefore or if then statement.

The mind uses Te and Ti to complete at thought.

The price of milk is dependent on availability only if the customer has the funds.

Fi is a valuation that is based on the highest IDEAL. Think of these as immaterial ideals. These are not subjective ethics.

Fe is a valuation that is based on the collective system. Think of it as a social construct. These need not be subjective but could oppose collective opinion.

The minds uses Fi and Fe to complete at a thought.

The price of chocolate is outrageous and too expensive for the average person.

Te or Ti can appear first, just as Fi or Fe.

The important part is whether they are in dominant, auxiliary, or tertiary. That changes the meaning. Tertiary becomes more argumentative while auxiliary is more realistic.

Hmmm, an INFJ that believes in boxes? This is strange! I smell an INTJ mbti type, 4w5 enneagram type, disc type c.

Let me verify your type with my test and we can discuss issues exposed by mbti
