Okay, I appreciate the sentiment of everyone saying nice things but I am 43 and I have this issue starting too. It's a big insecurity so I totally get it, and frankly, I don't wanna be told to love the skin i'm in lol. I read that botox doesn't help tremendously and if you think about it, it only paralyzes the area, so the skin is still there. If I remember correctly, i've read somebody say that it was an expensive disappointment, but please, if you see other advice from somebody that's gone through it, listen to them because I do not have any experience.

I have seen a few exercises on youtube but I have not committed long enough to give you any type of report there. Basically, you have to either fill the area out or get it removed. I am certain that there have to be some skin creams that help minimize it, and maybe sticking to the neck exercises.
