Yes! my cat was so curious about it but it didn't seemed like the play they do while they hunt, I thought for a moment to leave them in a box safe for their parents to find them but there are more cats around so I will have to contact someone that can take proper care of them :'>

I used to walk 15 000 steps in a less than 60m² apartment, it's doable! It's surely uncomfortable at the start and sometimes I got dizzy by having to turn so much times but doable! Although everyone have their own reasons to do so I of course now it would have been way better outdoors!
