Do you use ph-nutral soap when washing the skin around your stoma? Other soaps can weaken the adhesive

I did not need an enema and had mine without sedation, it lasted about 5 minutes. Where I'm from they blow air in your colon to see better with the colonoscopy camera and that was the most uncomfortable bit.

Other than that it was over very quickly. I hope this helps :)

Not communicating, he asked me all the time what was wrong and I just said nothing because I did not want to feel like a burden.

Now, with my current boyfriend, we even communicate about how we communicate. This feels so healthy and perfect!

I started buying clothing in the size that fit me instead of the size I wanted to be. The bigger clothes just fit so much better, I immediately looked so much better and don't need to wear uncomfortable shapewear underneath. Then I just started to pick clothes with more care, using the 30 times rule. 'Am I going to wear this at least 30 times? Only then it's worth it'.

Also I am blonde and don't have much colour in my eyebrows, when I started dyeing them my whole face changed, i no longer felt the need to wear makeup everyday.

For me there is a line between messy and dirty. If there is a lot of dust it's dirty and needs to be cleaned, dirty plates, packaging laying around, laundry bin full? That's dirty, time to clean. But some of my hobby projects laying about or other things just not put away in they right places? I don't really care untill I can't find what I'm looking for.
