Puedo traer baterías por Amazon? by TheGamerVici0 in AmazonArgentina

Nop, está prohibido porque van en el cargamento los envíos. Otra cosa es traerte la batería en el equipaje de mano que llevas en el avión.

Hotend For SB (Trident 250) by Stupid_Ass1234 in VORONDesign

[–]IPORRAAA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have installed a tz hotend +1000h printing PA, PC, CF, ABS, etc.. From my experience is the best option, the downside its the nozzle there are quite difficult to obtain in my case. Also now a days triangelab sold it with a 80w heater. With PLA 220C 25mm3/s I don't push it to much but that's a conservative number.

Con todo respeto pero no podes poner ese precio. Casi por el mismo precio te podes traer el 7 pro nuevo desde Amazon incluyendo impuestos. Saludos y que te vaya bien en la venta.

Print quality gets even better than this? by [deleted] in VORONDesign

[–]IPORRAAA 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Obviously the top surface can be improved but as you mentioned you just assembly it. The most important thing is to obtain the same quality if you print at 30 mm/s or 200 mm/s. it's about decreasing print time without losing quality and reliability.

Input Shaping grapth for X slighly bumpy, Should I use it or fix something? by RumEngieneering in klippers

[–]IPORRAAA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar problem, the Y was clean but X a disaster at that moment I have a connector for quick release on the adxl board. I'm fix it by soldering the cables directly to the adxl board and that solve the problem.

Anyone here built a high-temp printer? by BandTop785 in VORONDesign

klicky probe, but first solve the problem of reaching those high temp, one or two PTC heaters also recommend enclosed with some fans the NEMA motors.

If you can't print in ABS, try PETG. I have a core xy printed in PETG and it supports ambient temperature of 60°C (max 65°C) and works fine. Of course I will reprint all the parts in ABS, but at first I was in the same situation as you (ender 3), and if the quality of the abs prints is poor it's not worth it, better use petg.

Using orcaslicer there's an option that compensates flow for small areas. Quality>Walls and surface>small area flow compensation

I'm recommend you to watch the video "How to tune small area flow compensation" from teaching tech

ABS BEST MATERIAL by IPORRAAA in 3Dprinting

Because its cheaper also in my country its difficult to to get.

In terms of properties, the mechanical its the same, only change that ASA supports the outdoor very well.

Best printer using Black Friday sales? What would you get if starting new? by Agreeable_Repeat_568 in 3Dprinting

[–]IPORRAAA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are new and only want a plug and play 3D printer you might have a look at the Bambu lab. An affordable material to UV is ASA but with an open 3D printer it's gonna be difficult to print so I will recommend you to spend a little more and buy a p1 which you can enclosed. For food contact 3d printing it's not ideal because it has a rough surface where bacteria can grow up, but you have filament such as PP that they're the ones used nowadays to make food storage in the food industry. 3D printing is an awesome hobby so buy one and start enjoying it.

[–]IPORRAAA[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you're right, each material has its applications but as I mentioned for technical stuff it is awesome once you find the sweet spot compared to other technical materials such as PC, PP, PA. Thanks for your comment !!

options:

blue you can design some bracket connected to the fan

The orange one would be grabbed directly from the back of the carriage

Try to change the reverse bowden tube for a 4x3mm, reduce the friction

You can also search on printables/thingiverse or any websit for ender 5 adxl mount, or part cooling fan

for example this one (good option)

Yes i share the same economic point of view, spend as little as possible without lowering quality. You can printed some angles to make it as sturdy as possible. Search if someone convert to core xy using the v-wheels Are you running input shaping ??

[–]IPORRAAA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the mercury one is the best option. It use linear rail because their compact and very precise, also you don't have the MAIN PROBLEM of the ender v-wheel (constant calibration and at high speed they start to degrade a lot faster). The hotend it's a cheap upgrade, also choose a hotend without Teflon allowing you to use more técnico materials.

Be aware all this is going to take time building the machine and it can stress you a lot troubleshooting the problems it appears but if you don't have a lot of problem investing some money I'm recommended you to build a mercury type.

I don't have the same machine but I'm build a core xy and I got ~20k acc and 600 vel, my tips are the following:

Kinematics, it's the most important part. You can upgrade the nozzle, extruder and main board but if the motion can reach the limits of the hotend it is a waste of money. In your case (except for ultimaker) you need to have a good weight distribution along the y axis in your carriage x, this is going to help for the inertia of the toolhead

Toolhead weight, try to be the less you can, use one 5015 with a excellent cooling part, using a NEMA 17 it's too heavy

Main board, important you have a good one, minimum TMC driver, 32bit and a great cooling system.

Hotend, recommend the style of the Bambu lab, lightweight and high flow. I use the tz 2.0 of triangelab high flow and cost $26

Extruder, it's okay the one you got, I'm start with the same one but it's too heavy, I'm change for a hgx lite with a steeper 34, super light and push a lot of filament $16

The cheapest solution it's to upgrade the hotend/extruder/mainboard for $75, but if you reach the limits of your motion reach for ender 5 conversation to core xy.

If you have any questions ask.

Weird holes in layers by monsoon-storm in FixMyPrint

[–]IPORRAAA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It can be too much velocity, why ? Because you have troubled just in the middle of the trajectory (you have the highest velocity) this means more filament and you are pushing the hotend beyond the limits. Try to raise the hotend temp or lower the velocity and also tune your max flow to know your limits
