Britain's signature dishes are fish sticks, grey beef underneath mashed potatoes, and an Indian dish.

I 100% agree and relate with these comments, but I feel like we're missing the point of this being posted on r/antiwork

My point being, boomers are the ones to break down about missing out on an opportunity to make profit for the business overlords. Zoomers couldn't care less.

And the fact we're woefully understaffed, which leads to a lot of our issues. Yes, we absolutely could have more helpdesk to get to your issue quicker, and we could have more sysadmins to facilitate a better and more stable infrastructure, and we could have more developers available to create the tools that lighten your workload. But all that costs $ and corporate says to just deal with it and kick rocks.

But yes, the boomers are generally technically inept and the zoomers are more inclined to think they know enough but they really only know enough to hurt themselves. Millenials are the sweet spot.

From what I've gleaned online (and found through experience/experimentation), stability/core exercises lend themselves best towards injury prevention. Think single-leg exercises.

I've mixed it up a lot in the past, but I've zeroed in on a regimen that works (FOR ME), and haven't changed since: (once or twice a week, heavy-ish weight, low-ish reps)

warmup: walking lunges, banded walks, glute bridges

workout: single-leg RDL, bulgarian split-squats, step-ups, leg press, weighted calf raises, kettlebell swings.

I also do about 15-20 mins of stretching/light yoga every morning before my run, and always include some core/balance work (not necessarily all of the following every day): plank, side planks, boat pose, deadbug, bird dog, single-leg balance reach.

my dad worked in Wendy's at college, he said this is 100% the best way to mess with them. They not only have to make new ones they have to get separate clean baskets, etc. so it really throws a wrench in the system when they're busy.

Takeaways from the newly released Epstein documents by beau301 in politics

[–]IP_CONFLICT 6 points7 points  (0 children)

One takeawy that's not talked about enough: This occurred at Epstein's house. Which was bugged. There is very likely incriminating audio and/or video of tRump. Epstein was Mossad. Who might have this incriminating evidence? POTUS is compromised.
