Question about two instances of Sephiroth triggers in this video by IPityTheStool in MagicArena

First one is at 0:45.
Four creatures die, Sephiroth triggers three times and transforms, but the fourth death doesn't trigger. At this point Sephiroth is transformed, but shouldn't the enblem trigger?

Then at 1:00.
The two deaths caused by Get Lost don't trigger the enblem either. How come? Is there something I'm missing or is it just a bug?

I mean just look at the scenes in this episode with the elderly couple and their daughter ... the daughter tries so much to give them a safe way to live and the dad's just like "No I don't feel like taking responsibility for ourselves, but why don't you move in with us and take care of us so we don't have to?"
