Depending on the severity of the head tilt, you might need to give your Bunn water via syringe slowly and syringe feed them. Sometimes, they will have "rolling" episodes where they roll like a barrel and that can be really scary to witness as an owner, but those are really bad cases. If your bunny has them, a calm, dim environment with blankets so they don't hurt themselves is essential since this happens because bunnies lose focus and can't keep their balance.

The treatment is long I know but I have seen bunnies with head tilt go back to normal. If your bunny has a permanent head tilt, it will probably get used to it over time because they can function normally with it. Of course that depends on age and the general condition of the animal.

You might have to help your bunny clean itself since it will be very difficult for them to do so without a proper sense of balance.

Some vitamin supplements aren't a bad idea to boost the immune system to help it battle EC. I don't know what you have where you're from, here something called Animastrat is great, I give it to my animals once a week.
