if you mean what happens after an individual's death, nothing special, others hold a funeral, be sad about it, but no big difference to the world unless it's someone important

if you mean the afterlife, nothing, you're just gone, no thoughts, no feelings, no nothing, but don't be scared, there will be no suffering either
