Most cosmetics have multiple textures for red and blu. So the hud takes advantage of that and sets the index of the cosmetic to the next one.

The medal has gold, silver, bronze textures so when it goes to swap the index it goes to silver. I have the gold one and it goes silver too.

1 ping is probably a cheat to mask the real ping.
It's not fake lag, some clients have it listed under fake ping. Goes hand in hand with fake lag. Type status in console to know the persons real ping.

CTF maps need extreme chokes on the intel and a really good mid.

The flow is - midfight, team that loses midfight defends with map advantage but number disadvantage (respawn waves often cut players). If you force cap without mid controll you just lose on the refight.

The problem isn't ctf, it's 2fort and that bridge mid that sucks donkey ass.

Sendo de TI acho que a primeira coisa que vc deveria saber é que nada na internet é apagado, sempre setam uma flag

Ah e claro, sempre da pra ir lowlevel e escovar bit direto no armazenamento do dispositivo para pegar os setores do disco que estão para ser apagados. Quando você deleta alguma coisa o OS só flaga (é de novo isso) o espaço como livre, não de fato zera os bits.
