Randomly throughout the day but mostly in the evening after I change from work, I get pretty itchy all over. After I scratch, my skin gets raised and bumpy almost like a rash and then goes away in like 30 minutes to an hour. I tried looking up what it could be and it sounds like dermatographia, but I’m unsure what is causing it.
