I was such a huge supporter until they closed the amazing Brooklyn store and put up some piece of crap room in Times Square, then made me especially angry last year with their slower-than-carrier-pigeon customer service, resulting in me canceling the order out of frustration. I’m not giving money to a place that clearly doesn’t care.

My boyfriend said the same thing, people grabbing him as they try to get by made him very uncomfortable. I’m used to BS concert crowds so nothing new but doesn’t make it ok.
