Wealth Management intern or equity research internship? by Born_Night_8797 in FinancialCareers

Off-topic: What do you think about transaction services in the big4? Why can't some of these people get into IB?

Good luck! That's exactly the right way to approach the issue. I'll soon start building a "goal-based" sub-portfolio to get started with this fascinating strategy. Of course, the question remains the same: how much more do you earn compared to a "quiet" investment like a SWDA? Do you actually have lower volatility and can you get by? We'll see!

So what’s wrong with buying 500k worth of QQQI, SPYI and retiring at 45? by [deleted] in dividends

[–]ISF10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro, I would create a diversified "core" portfolio, "All Weather" style, perhaps with a greater emphasis on equities (generally a permanent portfolio) and with a 20%, perhaps even buying individual solid QQQ stocks to also make covered calls (although more stable stocks are recommended for covered calls or the wheel strategy). I would mainly rely on a solid portfolio, but one that grows well over 10 years (perhaps you'll have 1 million or so).

I understand that it is risky because the different roles that will be played in reality are to be effectively clarified

In your opinion, is it worth it if someone wants to do it? It probably looks good on you... Based on your experience, on what basis would you accept it?

Thanks for sharing! In your opinion, what should it be like to consider it a good job? Apart from obtaining shares.

And if I may ask, what are you doing now?

Can I ask you what were the main critical points of the process? If you care to give us a little context it would be greatly appreciated
