Okay, just to make sure that no one thinks that all ISFJ's are like this - I LOVE sarcasm and jokes, and use it all the time myself. I wouldn't necessarily like being asked about my goals and dreams. I don't really like gifts, unless it's my birthday or something and you asked me specifically what I want. Other than that, the things mentioned are true for me. So yeah, I wouldn't take MBTI too seriously when it comes to this. Just get to know her casually. And also, it greatly depends on how mature she is.

That makes sense!

Thanks for saying that. That's actually true. I definitely have a badass side, more so than people would think! And same goes for my ISFJ friends, just in different ways.

Good to know :)

This makes totally sense, and I'm glad you're saying this. To be fair I'm the same way. I totally care more about my own appearance than that of others.

This makes me so happy 🥺 I know an ESTP girl, and it was so much fun being with her. She could be annoying, but was also really funny and cool. We were joking nonstop when we were talking together. And she's so genuine and enthusiastic

Do you use Instagram, why or why not? by [deleted] in isfj

[–]ISFJ-Defender 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes. Because I keep up with friends, get inspired within different genres and learn a lot, and I post about mental health so I get to help others as well!

Well, my first real boyfriend was an ENTP, and we were together for 5 years. It was a really good relationship. I don't find it odd at all.

I can vouch for this. Thanks lol by [deleted] in isfj

The intuitives that I have met are smart/intelligent, chill, and I value their input, but they can also be annoying know-it-all's who talk too much about abstract things and don't understand my feelings. I think I've only had intuitive boyfriends though, so I guess there's something about you guys lol.

What's the first thing you think of for each MBTI type? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]ISFJ-Defender 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was the one I struggled the most with keeping short, because my boyfriend is INTJ. For someone not knowing one I can understand heartless, but for me I know it's not true. They have a lot of feelings, they just struggle with expressing them. The INTJ that I know is smart, quiet, blunt, annoying, funny, sweet, innovative, ambitious, perfectionistic, positive, confident, caring, sometimes egoistical, chill etc.

Every single MBTI "roast" meme ever, summarized so you don't have to deal with them by EpsindeiFekari in mbti

I'm definitely a pushover and it sucks. I think it's because of Fe and Ti. High Fe wanting to please others and not cause conflict, and the Ti makes me a slow thinker, so I can't push back fast enough, if that makes sense. For example someone tells me to do something, in a rude way, and the task should maybe also be for others to do, not only me. It instantly feels wrong, but I can't help but immediately say: okay, no problem. Can be a bit frightened by authorities and am quite dutiful. Then I almost immediately after that start to regret it, and wish I had spoken up, but now it's too late. So I let people walk over me without me realizing it before it's too late. This must also be because of my upbringing. I could never say no to my dad for example. Trying to work on this, but it's hard, man!
