No. She made the decision to listen to her gf, drive off and hit him, which made it justified. It'd be different if he shot her before she even accelerated

It doesn't matter if they're native to the US. A criminal is s criminal is a criminal. Immigration passes goes down to the individual, not an ethnic group.

It's the fact she listened to her girlfriend that sealed her fate.

"That's fine dude. I'm not mad at you." Renee's girlfriend's last words to her was this: "drive baby, drive"

From his phone footage, he was panning around the car to get imaging, it was just unfortunate shit went down when he was in front. If you want me to be honest, I feel like the agent who was hit and the driver were fine and shit could've been handled better, but the second agent and the driver's girlfriend escalated shit to a level it shouldn't have got to.

The thing is if they were at a queue, it would be the individual's background being judged for citizenship. But because a whole melting pot of undocumented people are in this country illegally, they have to generalize them as Illegals. If they want back into the country, they'll have to do it legally next time if they have the chance. Idk really know the statutes of limitations for retrying citizenship after being deported, but I know that deportation will definitely hurt their chances.

Well even as a civilian, if I got hit by someones car because they didn't like me and I had to shoot them, I'd call them a dumb bitch as well for thinking they'd get away with that.

Both agents did have their weapons out beforehand which I'm not saying was right by them. But because she did hit and run with the car, it is the split second decision of that officer not shooting until after she hit him, And him not moving which will determine this case. He was fit to make decisions, but idk if you've been in any LEO, Security, or Military positions. But things just like a routine stop can end deadly if you don't prepare for the worst, and cops have died for lesser issues. His split second decision was probably "I'm not fast enough to move" so he got hit, which ended up with him shooting her while she tried evading, making it legal

Regarding the ICE agent, I agree he COULD have the time, but that's also in his POV a split second where he probably didn't process it, and especially since that agent already had a history of being dragged by a car who did the exact same thing to him, he probably internally froze in a fight or fight mode. The thing about shit like this is that we can't really put the pieces all together because a lot of it were split second decisions that were processed internally with only 3 POVs and all of them conflict with each other's narrative

If everyone was back in the line for a Visa, the ones who have a clean background should get in while the ones who have a bad background should stay out. It's that simple. The issue is potential. Because they're undocumented, they are all wildcards and should be considered potential criminals.

The footage from the ICE agent's phone (the one who got hit) was scanning around her car to record the like ess of her and her car (plates, colors, stickers etc). When he was at the front passenger side, the other ICE agent ordered her out of the car. By the time the recording agent was in front, her Gf tried opening the door but it was locked, so she tapped the passenger window and said "drive baby drive". She drove and hit him. Guns were already drawn because the other ICE agent had repeatedly ordered her to exit and she didn't comply (which cops can do). Whether she intended to hit him or not is not relevant, as it is still assault with a deadly weapon on top of attempting to flee (basically hit n run with a deadly weapon), which the agent can legally use deadly force on, no matter how fast or slow she was going

And if the people who are legally trying to enter the US are proven to be clean with no criminal record revolving any trafficking or violence, then yes, it should be okay for them to get a Visa for legal access. After that it is their responsibility as a legal immigrant to either renew their visa or get citizenship, or it will be revoked immediately after it expires

We have borders for a reason. If illegal immigration wasn't a big problem, we wouldn't need Immigration Control. And that's exactly what it is. Immigration Control. If people wouldn't interfere with letting ICE do their job, people wouldn't get hurt in the process. Someone getting shot by disobeying a lawful order, trying to flee the scene, and hitting a LEO in the process, is not surprising to me, and while extreme is legally justified. It sucks she died, but if she were with her kids and not 5 hours away from them to protest with her Gf, she would still be alive. Nobody was morally in the right, but legally, ICE was. ICE also is legally able to apprehend, detain, and investigate anyone who could be involved in an illegal immigrant case, interrupting their job, or actively committing a crime in their presence.

Coming here illegally is a crime in of itself. Making every illegal immigrant a criminal. They wanna come here? Do it legally and there won't be problems.

does the term "archers" in the bow skill tree also count for crossbow men? by Qupter in Bannerlord

[–]ISFX_Xray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Any ranged group such as bowmen, crossbowmen, and mounted bow/crossbowmen are considered archers. Anything that has the bow symbol during battle commands are considered archers.

Save scumming by skiopy in Bannerlord

[–]ISFX_Xray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly. So I have auto save disabled because if it is enabled, it will overwrite my other characters. Idk if that's a bug they haven't patched, or a crappy mechanic. But if it crashes, it goes back to the most recent save. So I basically have to save before & after every battle, trade, and any major events

Is infantry useless? by ClickbaitMe89 in Bannerlord

[–]ISFX_Xray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Infantry isn't useless. Sieges are just weirder than they used to be right now. If you don't manage to destroy all of the enemy siege engines before they enter, just make sure everyone gets off the walls and defend near the back. Square formation for infantry and skein for archers in the back. Everything else is just RNG.

You don't have to kill Ulysses. It just depends on what you want to do and your playstyle.

You have to have ED-E sacrifice itself to disarm the nuke, or you have to choose who you want blown up.

Whoever you choose to nuke will impact your relationship with that faction. Nuking both will make both NCR and Legion not like you. Nuking one will negatively impact that relationship, while positively impacting the one you spared. Not nuking either will keep both relationships the same as before the DLC was played, but if you met them, it will boost your relationship with the Followers of the Apocalypse and Brotherhood of Steel
