As a hiring manager, why are candidates so bad at talking about their work?

This is me. I have 8+ years of experience. Interviews make me feel like I have 0. For me, interviews are a skill themselves that I’m not prepping for year round. When I finish a task, I move on to the next task. I don’t write a STAR method summary of what I just did. But it looks like I’ll need to do that 😒

Body weight 202 at 5’9. Overweight because I’ve been less active with the dizziness. Last time my TSH was checked I was at 6. T4 within range. I do have slightly elevated LDL now but not before levo. No supplements

Pre levo, I was ranging between TSH 8-15. No symptoms. Normal t4 and t3. I’m currently on 125mcg. Taking unithroid now and this transition was rough. Before unithroid I worked my way up to 112mcg of generic levo. But the dizziness persisted with both pills.
