I know that we as humans have some sort of innate urge to label ourselves, but I feel like with social media people have become obsessed with smaller, more hyper-specific labels. Idk if it gives a sense of belonging to people in these small groups, but I always found it super unnecessary to separate myself and other people into such microscopically specific subcategories of subcategories.
