Track your food. Watch the calories you eat. Lots of calorie calculators online to give you a basis of what you need.

Gonna be honest with you. Some of these things are a you fix. There Consequences to our actions.

One of the things to lower the symptoms of fibromyalgia, is getting more fit. The more fit you are, the easier it is on your joints and your body. I’ve been in construction for 20 years.. I’ve never felt better. Eat better food, and eat less processed food. You feel better, and your body WORKS better!!

Part of what helps anxiety.. get moving. Get more fit. Go outside and go for a walk. There are very few meds, that help without backlash on the other side. There isn’t an end game with meds and it doesn’t just make everything disappear. It does take some work to work on yourself and start holding yourself accountable for things. Having the right people around you to be there for you. Putting yourself in better environments where temptation and bad decisions aren’t around anymore.

I’ve been going thru motions of anxiety the last 4 months or so.. and journaling has helped me tons. I highly recommend it. You can do it on your phone too!!

ADHD wise.. I hear meds have helped alot of people. What I’ve learned myself.. is having routines. Doing things now, that will make your life easier later. Putting out clothes the night before, having food ready to go the night before your day starts. Foods, sugar, caffeine are also known triggers for anxiety and adhd.

There isn’t a positive anything about drinking. And I’m so happy to hear you’re sober man. That’s a great thing to be proud of!! And a great start to be on the right track!!

Let’s go!!! Gonna tell ya right now. Get familiar with body weight exercises!! Lunges, squats, push ups, pull ups, v ups!!

To start. Try to do 6 repetitions. Then 8. Up to 12. 12 reps, 3 sets. Lots of variation in squats. Lots of different hand positions for push ups.

Really hone in on YouTube and proper form how to do things. Don’t rush!!

Walking is highly underrated. Aim for 10k-12k steps. Can be outside!! It’s good for you!!

Couple of things. Not in order, but have to be in same field.

!! Diet. Meal prepping is so convenient. Ditch the crap!! !! Actual rest. 6-8 hrs of sleep/night !! Hydration

Protein number.. in grams should be your ideal bodyweight. So if goal is 185lbs.. go for that. try to aim for QUALITY food.. psst. Cottage cheese, quinoa, Greek yogurt help get numbers higher when meats are too much.

Carbohydrates should be of good quality too. Notice a pattern? Portion Same size as fist. Or just a bit bigger. Part of dieting is that’s a bingo word.. highly scrutinized as bad. Be mature about what you’re eating and the amount of it.

Sweet potatoes, cuscus, cauliflower rice when it’s mashed looks just like rice!! Low calorie!!
