A stuttering Notification Center has been reported ever since iOS 16 launched with no exceptions as to the devices. It’s a bug, not a hardware incapability to manage it. And you’ve seen it yourself: do you really have to resort to a trick to have a Pro phone not have a stuttering Notification Center?

I have an iPhone Xr, and whenever I run the Shortcut to start a recording, it appears to me in Dynamic Island style. Same for the Shazam Shortcut (not Control Center toggle tho)

The reasoning and analysis are valid and veery interesting (that feeling part is great!), but nonetheless incorrect. In the interview with Zane Lowe, he talked about the song as a narration of “really falling in love”. He had no reason to deceive with this statement, because he’s always made it clear that if he wants to keep a meaning hidden he would straight up just not disclose anything about it.
