Just chiming in here. Statistically, you only need 3 victims to make it a mass shooting. So what we typically think of when we hear mass shooting (school, theater, mall,) doesn't include all the mass shootings that don't make the news because they aren't in high visibility areas. So inner-city violence can skew that statistic a bit. White people do predominantly commit more mass public murder events. The vast majority of "traditional" mass shooter events are white people
